VUMA Junior

Learn, plan, grow safely — financial literacy for young Africans

VUMA Junior is a free, safe learning platform for children and students aged 7–25. Follow the Che Che guided journey to discover money basics, savings, African heritage, and technology in an age-appropriate, ad-free environment. Parents stay in control at every step.

Learning Modules

SPARK — Learning Progress

As students complete lessons, quizzes, and challenges, they earn SPARK — a non-transferable learning-progress score. SPARK is a measure of knowledge and effort only. It is never money, a currency, a tradeable asset, or redeemable for cash.

Parental Controls

VUMA Education Access Credits (VEAC)

VEAC vouchers are parent-controlled credits for approved educational partner institutions in the Uganda and Kenya pilot regions. Vouchers cover school fees, course enrolment, or accredited learning materials at participating schools — never cash payouts to students. The VUMA Family Foundation administers the pilot programme.

Age Groups Served

SPARK is a non-transferable learning-progress score and is not money, a currency, a cryptocurrency, or any form of tradeable or redeemable asset. VUMA Education Access Credits (VEAC) are parent-controlled vouchers restricted to approved pilot institutions; they are not cash or general-purpose payments. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. VUMA Junior is free to use and contains no advertising.
